This was a shot taken on the same day when it was raining in Dubai 2 years ago. The place you see is of Medinat Jumeirah which is located near Burj al Arab. I was hurrying up taking as many shots I could out in the rain since I had a feeling it would stop raining soon. This is one perspective I took that day and it turned out great. I was also really concerned about my gear since my lens was not weather proof so I had to be really careful when taking such shots.
You can see the rain droplets in the still water below and at the same time witness the sun breaking through the clouds too just before sunset.
